🚚 Shipping Liability Disclaimer

Once your order is shipped and handed off to the carrier (USPS/UPS/DHL/Cainio), Nails In Paradise is no longer responsible for any delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
We advise tracking your shipment closely. If any delivery issues occur, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer may result in delays or non-delivery. Please double-check your address at checkout.


🧾 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.
  • Digital products are final sale and non-refundable. Once accessed or downloaded, the product is considered delivered and fulfilled.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Nail Kits
  • Sale Items
  • Gift Cards
  • Digital Products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Beauty/personal care items
  • Hazardous materials

Exchanges are only available by returning your item (if eligible) and placing a new order.


🧩 Missing or Incomplete Items

If an item is missing from your kit, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
You must include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos and/or video evidence

Approved missing items will be reshipped at no additional cost.


🚫 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed explanation.

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer:

  • A replacement, or Refund Options
  • A discount code/store credit toward your next purchase

📦 Customs & Import Policy

At Nails In Paradise, we proudly ship worldwide. However, please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs office upon arrival.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing or inspections.
  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about any potential charges.
  • These fees are not included in the price of the item or shipping cost and are determined by your country’s regulations, not by Nails In Paradise.
  • Refusing to pay customs fees will result in the package being returned or disposed of by the carrier. In such cases, we are unable to issue refunds for unclaimed packages.

International Shipping, Customs & Returned Packages Policy

Customers are responsible for providing any information, identification numbers, tax IDs, customs documents, or responses requested by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.

Nails In Paradise is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, returned packages, customs holds, import taxes, duties, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Failure to respond to customs or carrier requests

  • Failure to provide required customs information

  • Refusal to pay duties, taxes, or import fees

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges, return shipping fees, customs fees, carrier fees, and reshipment costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a returned package is received back in resellable condition, a refund may be issued for the product value only, less:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping fees

  • Carrier return fees

  • Any customs-related charges incurred

Alternatively, customers may choose to have their order reshipped at their expense once the package has been returned to us.

Nails In Paradise reserves the right to deny refunds for packages abandoned, refused, or returned due to the customer's failure to comply with carrier or customs requirements.
